Shipping Policy

Shipping & handling can take up to 30 days or sooner. All products are not always in stock. We are not responsible for production delays or delivery errors.

We currently ship worldwide and use USPS or other shipping carriers to handle deliveries.

 

We may not be able to ship to all domestic locations due to carrier restrictions. When an order is confirmed, it will be shipped to the address noted by the purchaser as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions noted on this website.

Once you're invited to purchase, follow the instructions in the email to complete your order.

 

Due to high demand, orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received and may sell out prior to processing. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products. After we complete the order we will send you an email notification that your order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Hall Studios LLC. Orders are confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation. A contract with us will be formed when you receive the shipping information and specific to the products whose shipments have been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at anytime before we have accepted it. We may revoke our acceptance and cancel your order or any portion of it in our discretion, even after a credit card has been charged. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of a product and/or refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

Purchases from this website lead to a shipment contract thus risk of loss for items purchased are passed onto you once the items are submitted to the carrier for shipping. For damaged and or lost shipments, you are responsible to file claims with the carriers.

Limited Release and Availability 

All products on our website are of a limited quantity or release. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made to the size, color, address or any other information.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sales

As of now all sales are final. Please make sure that shipping & billing addresses match as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.

 

Return & Refunds

Once order is processed, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. 

 

Cancel Order Policy

Unfortunately since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into production 16 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email contact@westonhall.co and include:
